On the day of arrival, the property can be occupied from 2pm until 10pm. On the day of departure, the latest check out time is 10am.
The keys will be handed over by the owner on site.
To confirm a reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 30% of the total amount. We typically handle the payment of the remaining amount in cash on the second last day of your vacation. Of
course, other payment options and timings are also possible. In this case, please contact us directly by telephone or e-mail.
The cancellation is free of any charges until 1st April of the year of your reservation. If a cancellation is made after this point, the deposit paid will be retained accordingly.
The renter is obligated to pay for any negligently or even willfully caused damages. These include damage to the interior as well as any damage to the equipment and facilities outside the living
space (deck chairs, pool, ...).
Pets are currently not allowed. We are very sorry.
- kitchen and bedding supplies as well as towels are included in the price
- toilet paper, bathing shoes, rinsing and cleaning agents or similar can be bought locally
- beach chairs are available in sufficient numbers
- a fireplace for barbecue is available for both accommodations for free - tables and chairs are always ready
- water and electricity supply in Croatia can occasionally be down due to dryness or storms - but events of this kind usually only last for a short time
- traveling by car is recommended for reasons of mobility
- if you arrive by plane, the rental of cars and scooters is easily possible
- for the border crossing you need a valid identity card / passport and the green insurance card
